How to Make Kim Chi Fried Rice


2 Cups Cooked Rice (leftover rice from the previous day is better than fresh rice) 
8 Shiitake Mushrooms
1 Can of SPAM (or Luncheon Meat)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cups of Kim Chi
3 Green Onions
3 Eggs
1 Onion
1 Tbsp of soya sauce 

 Cooking Instructions:

1. Fry the onions first.

2. Add the SPAM and continue frying. 

3. Add the mushrooms and continue frying. 

3. Take the mushroom, spam, onion mix out and set aside. 

4. Beat the three eggs and and fry them separately. 

5. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside

6. Fry the cooked rice until reheated.

7. Add the mushrooms, onions, spam, and eggs and fry together. 

8. Dice the kim chi and add it to the mix. 

9. Add the soya sauce mix. 

10. Enjoy

Quinoa Salad - Healthy, Amazing, Perfect Every Time!

Cooking Directions: 

bring one package to boil
lower too low heat
and simmer for 15 minutes
after 15 minutes
remove from heat fluff with fork and let rest for 5 minutes
mix in  tomatoes green onions, feta cheese and olive oil
lemon juice and olive and mix well
add salt and pepper to taste

Super lazy beef stew


boneless finger rib beef
club house spice instant stew mix
beef stock

Cooking instructions:

In a large pot brown the beef
Add the rest of the veggies
Pour in the instant stew mix
Add beef stock
Boil for one hour

Healthy and easy to make mango smoothie


Fresh or frozen mango
1 cup of milk
1 cup of yogurt
1 tbs of honey

Cooking Instructions: 

Combine yogurt mango honey and milk. 
Combine in blender. Then pour and serve.

Amazing Mushroom Soup

blend mushrooms together with milk. cook
until it bubbles then done.

Roast Leg of Lamb


1 leg of lamb 2.5 kg
1 tbs of paprika
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs basil
1 tbs parsley 
2 tbs  rosemary
5 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
5 tbs soya sauce
1 tbs sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

1. Marinate 1 hour prior to cooking by rubbing all the spices and oil together and letting it sit.
2. Preheat the oven to 450f and sear 5 min per side. (Total 10 min)
3. Bake at 350 f for 20 min per pound. For a 2.5 kg leg, bake for 2 hours. Flip it over every thirty min. 
4. Let it rest for 5 min 
5. Slice and serve.
