Perfect Rack of Lamb Every Time


1/2 cup of Red Wine
8 Tbs of olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemarry
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp Cajun spice

Cooking Instructions:

Let Marinade sit overnight in the fridge

Bake at 450 F for 10 min
Reduce heat to 350 F for 20 min
Let rest for 5 min
