How to make a perfect pizza every time - Secrets from a pizza lover

Ever go out for pizza and wish you could make it at home? I'll show you how to make amazing pizza every time!

Basic Ingredients:

Pizza dough
Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato Sauce
Your Favourite Toppings
Your Favourite Spices

Cooking Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 400F and grease a pan with olive oil. Roll out the dough and spoon a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough.


2. Add your spices. Basil, oregano, and rosemary, always work well together. Fresh basil always makes it taste way better!


3. Add cheese. My favourite mix is 50% mozzarella and 50% marble cheese.


4. Add your favourite toppings. Slice them thin to ensure they are cooked evenly.


5. Bake for 30 min. check on it frequently. Place it in the middle rack at 400F


6. When it is done, take it out and let it rest for 5 min before serving.


7. plate and enjoy.

Here are some good combinations:


green olive, salami, button mushrooms, feta cheese, and green onion pizza


potato, shiitake mushrooms, olive oil, and rosemary pizza


Black olives, shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, and artichoke pizza 


tomato, shiitake mushroom, and anchovy pizza 

Pesto Pizza - Simple and Easy to Make


Don't go out for pesto pizza when you can make it easily at home!

Ingredients:

1 Jar of store bought pesto
1/4 cup of feta cheese
100 g of salami
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup marble cheese
1 cup mushrooms
1 large tomato
1 store bought pizza dough

Cooking Instructions:


1. Grate the cheese, cut up the mushrooms, tomatoes, and salami.


2. Pre-heat the oven to 400 F. Grease a pan with olive oil and role out your pizza dough.


3. Spread a thin layer of pesto sauce on the dough.


4. Mix the mozzarella and marble cheese together and top the dough. Then place the cut up veggies and meat on top.


5. Add the feta before baking or sprinkle the feta after you take it out of the oven. Bake the pizza for 30 min.


6. Let it rest for a few min after you take it out of the oven. Cut and serve.

Caprese Salad: Bocconcini Cheese, Tomato, and Basil make the perfect salad



Insalata Caprese Salad:

This salad originates from the Italian region of Campania and is usually served as an antipasto rather than at the end of dinner. It combines buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, and basil. It tastes very fresh, with the mild cheese, sweet basil and tangy tomatoes. A beautiful starter for any party.



Ingredients:

2 fresh ripe tomatoes
1 large bocconcini cheese ball
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp baslamic vinegar
1 basil plant

Cooking Instructions:

1) Slice up some tomato, bocchini cheese and pluck some fresh basil.

2) Place the tomato, cheese and basil in a layer.

3) Stack them with two pieces of tomato, two pieces of cheese and two layers of basil.

4) Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

5) Enjoy!!!!

Crazy Good Garlic Bread: Top with your favourite cheese

Garlic bread is always a favourite when entertaining. It is easy to make and everyone loves it.

Ingredients:

3 cloves garlic
1 stick french bread
1 package of your favourite cheese
1 tea spoon of dry parsley
4 table spoons of olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

1. Prepare a mix of crushed garlic and olive oil

2. Spread the garlic and oil mix evenly on the bread.

3. Spread your favourite soft cheese. In this case  I have used some light ricotta.

4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-10 min. An easier way to do this is hit toast on your toaster oven.

5. Sprinkle some dry parsley for colour. It will make your garlic bread more appetizing. Enjoy!

Easy to Make Stuffed Pasta Shells

Stuffed pasta shells are beautiful, easy, and impressive. Make this dish when you have time to cook.

Ingredients:

Sauce:
1 can ready made pasta sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tea spoon dry parsley
1 tea spoon basil
1 tea spoon oregano

Cheese Mix:
1 tub ricotta cheese
1 cup grated marble cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups spinach

Pasta:
1 Box extra large pasta shells
1 tbs of olive oil
salt

Cooking Instructions:

1. Make a simply pasta sauce: I make mine with one can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of ready made sauce, 1 teaspoon of oregano, parsley, and basil. Boil it together in a pan for 5 - 10 min on medium heat.

2. Cut up some spinach into fine pieces. This will be added to your cheese mixture. This will give it colour and taste.

3. Fry the spinach in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. This will bring out its flavour.

4. Combine the spinach with 1 tub of ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and some salt and pepper.

5. Mix the ricotta cheese mixture

6. While you are doing all this mixing and frying, boil a pot of water and add one box of extra large pasta shells. Make sure you add some olive oil and salt to your boiling water before you add the pasta. When they are cooked al denta, take them out, rinse in cold water and begin to stuff.

7. Use a tea spoon and place some of the cheese mix into each shell until they are full.

8. Add a layer of sauce to a baking pan and place the stuffed shells in the pan.

9. Top up with sauce and add a layer of grated marble cheese. (much better than mozzarella)

10. Bake at 400 F for 30 min and then let it rest for 5 min.

11. Plate and Serve. Enjoy!

Bocchini, Spinach, and Tomato Salad

Bocchini is a beautiful cheese that has a light flavour and soft texture. It is excellent in salads, sandwiches, and just on its own.

Ingredients:

200g of Bocchini Cheese
2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of basil
1/2 teaspoon of parsley
some fresh ground pepper
200g of cherry tomatoes
2 cups of spinach

Instructions: 

1. Before you add the Bocchini cheese, make sure you drain it. (The best place to purchase Bocchini cheese is at your local deli. It is cheaper and always fresh.)

2. Create the vinaigrette by adding the basil, oregano, parsley, olive oil, and vinegar and mixing well.

3. Place some baby spinach on a plate. Make sure it is washed and dry. 

3. Add the tomatoes

4. Add some olives and bocchini cheese.

 5. Drizzle your vinegarette on top and add fresh ground pepper. Enjoy!
